I should have taken pics to show you all that the pictures shown on line for the King sized room was the same and I loved it!!! The room clean. The bed was awesome, not as great as my home bed but great for our weekend get away. I ordered everything online. I walked up to the little night office and the Gal there was super nice! Helped us out with places around us and the check in was fast! Great smile, too. Sorry, I didn't catch her name. We were in the back upstairs. The grounds were super clean and the grass was green. We saw people/dogs using hotel facilities. Ice machine and vending machines were clean. Snacks from vending were up to date. Wish the water was hotter. But the pressure was great. The AC had a low hum. Lower than ours at home. No carpet in my room, yay! You can tell they sterilized my room, very cool! Totally coming back for another weekend get away. Hopefully then they will have breakfast. When we checked our it was SUPER fast. Faster than the Hilton or any other higher expensive hotel. The check out Gal was some new to me but so sweet and nice! I am a very light sleeper and for being on a corner room. I actually got more hours of sleep. Thanks Red Roof Inn! I am glad I picked you!!
My favorite hostess always grays me with respect and professionalism. The room is always clean and ready for my stay. I have difficulty walked most of the fine. She already makes sure I can get to the closest room nearest the handicapped parking and or stairways. You know who you are my friend. Keep up the great work. Melissa
It needs some work but definitely five stars in my book; especially after a long drive.
By far the best red roof inn. Henderson nc had a rat licking my feet in middle of the night at red roof. I also frequent the red roof inn in sanford which i recommend also just not working there anymore.
This red roof inn is clean. Service at front desk on late check in is friendly and fast. Price is right and I can travel with my elderly cat. A win on all accounts. Best red roof inn I have been in!!!!
The room was neat & clean. The bed was made nicely with clean sheets. There was bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and floor mats in the room. My only issue with the room is that the shower gel dispenser on the shower wall had leaked out and was all over the lil shelf, on the inside corner of the tub all the way down the side of the tub and into the drain!!
It was decent. The continental breakfast was a bit sparse. The rooms are decent but a bit rough. The tub drained slowly. Clean sheets and secure doors, however.
I am from Tampa Bay, Florida and we had to evacuate our house because of the hurricane Milton. The manager in this hotel was just an amazing guy, he accommodated me, my family and my dogs, and I will always be grateful for him. The rooms are clean, the area is full of stores and restaurants, the hotel team were amazing and very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for what you have done for us.
